MacKenzie Builder Services Ltd. is proud to offer clients many different services, ranging from small residential renovations to large, new commercial and residential construction projects. If you can imagine it, we can build it!
Some of the services we have provided in the past include:
Kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, window installation, roof repair, erecting foundations, stairs installation, installation of various types of flooring, including hardwood, as well as finish or trim installation.
We have also worked with new homeowners from start to finish in the construction of their dream homes, even, in some instances, assisting with the design of the home. As well, we have worked with various business owners to renovate and upgrade their commercial buildings.
Broker of Sunward Steel Products
In 2011, MacKenzie Builder Services Ltd. became a broker for Sunward Steel Products. Sunward Steel is a company based out of Denver, Colorado, which specializes in manufacturing high quality steel building kits. These kits range from simple steel storage sheds to large commercial/industrial buildings.
Steel manufactured buildings are a somewhat new building concept to Prince Edward Island, but one which you may want to consider. In some incidents, a steel fabricated building may be a more economical choice than building a traditional wood constructed building.
MacKenzie Builder Services Ltd., along with personnel at Sunwards head office, can assist you in designing a kit to meet your specific needs. To ensure your project will be in compliance with all manufacturer guidelines and specifications, we have completed a training seminar in Denver, Colorado. We are confident this training will ensure all requirements in relation to the site preparation and proper erection of your building are met or exceeded.
